Details:

  • Sessions begin November 4th and ends December 13th

  • Once you begin, you will continue for 6 consecutive weeks. Our program will be held every Monday and Friday at our Wildwood location.

  • Players will be required to attend 2 sessions per week

    • Scheduling for this can be done online either weekly or all in advance.

  • Each session will have a maximum of 8 players.

Focus:

  • Improved Command

    • Being a good fielder or pitcher means having accuracy, regardless of velocity. A big focus will be to improve mechanics to be more repeatable and consistent.

  • Smart Arm Care Routine

    • In addition to strengthening the arm and mechanics, we will also provide you with drills to stay healthy.

  • Becoming More Explosive

    • Our athletes do variations of med-ball and water weight drills to become more explosive.

  • Complete Pitching Development

    • Our program builds strength, velocity, and explosiveness, helping your child pitch with accuracy and consistency. We will also address the mental side of pitching and how to think on the mound.

  • Proper Bullpen & Throwing Routine

    • Each week, athletes will have an arm care/drill day, and a bullpen day.

Monday & Friday: 

  • 5:00pm - 5:45pm

  • 5:45pm - 6:30pm

  • 6:30pm - 7:15pm

  • 7:15pm - 8:00pm

Pricing:

$350 for a 6-week program

  • After purchasing, (12) 45-minute credits will be added to your account to schedule sessions. Only $30 a session!

  • Group training with Coach Jerry Oakes, Ricky Mineo and FBB Staff

  • At-home drills to complete during off days

*Unused credits will not be refunded or transferred to lesson credits

 
 
 

FAQ

Am I able to use existing lesson credits?

  • This program is separate from lessons/lesson packages.

Do we have to come both days?

  • The program is designed to be twice a week. Unused credits will not be refunded or transferred.

Do we schedule the week of?

  • Participants can schedule one session at a time or they can be scheduled all at once.

What if the program is full?

  • We will hold additional 6-week sessions throughout the offseason.

What if my child is under 14 years old?

  • We will hold weekly throwing group sessions at our Wildwood facility on Wednesdays from 5pm - 8:45pm. Register below:
